Our Workmanship Warranty

All plumbing services performed by TruCraft are covered by a 1‑year workmanship warranty. If an issue arises due to our workmanship or materials during this period, we will return to repair or replace the affected work at no additional cost. This warranty applies only to the specific work we performed and does not extend to the entire plumbing system.

What’s Covered

During the warranty period, TruCraft will:

  • Repair workmanship‑related defects

  • Replace defective materials supplied by TruCraft

  • Restore the original service area to proper working condition

Our goal is simple: deliver work that lasts and give you peace of mind.

What’s Not Covered

To keep our warranty fair and transparent, the following items are not included:

  • Drain snaking (provided on a non‑warranty basis)

  • Customer‑supplied materials (fixtures, parts, or equipment not purchased through TruCraft)

  • Manufacturer defects — these are covered by the manufacturer’s own warranty

  • Clogs or backups caused by improper disposal or foreign objects

  • Normal wear and tear or age‑related deterioration

  • Damage from misuse, neglect, or unauthorized repairs

  • Pre‑existing plumbing issues or failures in unrelated parts of the system

  • Damage caused by acts of nature (flooding, storms, etc.)

  • Tampered or altered repairs

  • Non-payment — all warranties are void if payment is not made when due

Our warranty is issued to the original customer and is non‑transferable.

Customer Responsibilities

To ensure proper warranty service, customers must:

  • Notify TruCraft in writing within 30 days of discovering an issue

  • Provide reasonable access to the work area for inspection and repair

  • Understand that delays in access or scheduling do not extend the warranty period

Limitations of Liability

TruCraft’s warranty covers only the repair or replacement of the specific work performed. It does not cover incidental or consequential damages such as property damage, loss of use, or economic loss.

Dispute Resolution

If a warranty concern arises, we first attempt to resolve it through direct communication. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be handled through binding arbitration in Maryland under mutually agreed‑upon arbitration rules.
