STANDARD LIMITED WARRANTY

TruCraft Contracting & Service Company warrants its work to be free from defects in material and workmanship for varying warranty periods based on services rendered as described below. The warranty information on this page is valid for and is limited to all plumbing and gas repairs, service and installation including parts and material directly purchased through TruCraft Contracting & Service Company llc.  Parts and material supplied by the customer or third party are not in any way covered under this warranty and should said parts and material be found to be defective the customer will be liable for any parts, material and labor cost necessary to remedy the issue.

TruCraft warranties do not apply where:

  • General Plumbing Repairs – 90 day parts and labor

  • Water Heaters – 1 year parts and labor

  • Drain Line Snaking – 7 day warranty

  • Main Sewer Line Section Repair – 90 day parts and labor

  • Main Sewer Line Replacement – 1 year parts and labor

  • Water Line Section Repair  – 1 year parts and labor

  • Water Line Replacement – 1 year parts and labor

  • Repairs are needed to correct a manufacturers defect.

  • Products have been installed or tampered with by others.

  • Repairs have been made by others.

  • Repairs are required due to normal (or excessive) wear and tear.

  • Damage is caused through misuse, abuse or neglect.

  • Clogs or back-ups due to improperly disposed items.

  • All warranties are void if payment is not tendered when due.

  • Warranties extend only to the customer on record and are not transferable.

This warranty does not cover labor charges for the correction, replacement or repair due to manufacturer defects. Labor charges are the responsibility of the customer and are due at the time of service. It is the customers responsibility to notify TruCraft Contracting & Service Company immediately in the event of an installation or repair failure.  TruCraft Contacting & Service Company will remedy the defect with reasonable promptness during normal business hours. In no event shall TruCraft Contracting & Service Company be liable for water or other damage caused by any delay in remedying a defect on the behalf of the customer, other contactors or any other circumstances out of the control of TruCraft Contracting & Service Company . In the event of an installation or repair failure, any such defects will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of TruCraft Contracting & Service Company llc. as our inspection discloses.
